How Our Termite Protection Works

During installation, our team places Advance® Termite Bait System (ATBS) stations strategically around your property—typically every 8–10 feet.

In soil areas, stations are installed directly into the ground.

For concrete or blacktop surfaces, Advance Concrete Bait Stations (CBS) are installed by drilling a small, 3-inch hole to access the soil beneath. Each hole is then sealed with a tamper-proof cover that blends seamlessly with its surroundings.

During follow-up visits, our technicians scan, monitor, and re-bait all stations to ensure continued protection and complete colony elimination.
How the System Works
Once in place, the stations attract termites quickly faster than other leading systems, according to University of Delaware research (2012). Termites feed on the bait and carry it back to their colony, where it’s shared with others. The active ingredient disrupts reproduction and growth, effectively eliminating the entire termite colony—not just the visible foragers.
