How Our Termite Protection Works
During your initial service visit, our team installs the Sentricon® System around the perimeter of your home. Sentricon stations are placed in the soil approximately every 8–10 feet, adjusted as needed to fit your property layout. For areas covered by concrete or asphalt, we’ll carefully drill a 3-inch opening to install the station beneath the surface, ensuring direct contact with the soil. Each station is then sealed with a tamper-proof cover that blends with the surrounding material for a clean, discreet appearance.Sentricon® is the only termite baiting system registered by the EPA with an above-ground bait station, allowing us to place it inside your home when needed for maximum efficiency. During each service visit, our technicians inspect, scan, monitor, and re-bait all Sentricon® stations to ensure ongoing, active protection.
